Estimation of seismic resistance of multi-story buildings in the framework of the bimoment theory using the plate model

This article is devoted to the development of a continual layered plate model multi-story building dynamically assess seismic resistance buildings in spatial statement. Seismic vibrations are modeled as motion thick anisotropic cantilevered plate, deformation which described on basis bimoment theory plates.
